Katherine Jeisman currently serves as the Organisational Development Coordinator at Community Living Australia, where responsibilities include coordinating projects aligned with the organisational Culture Action Plan and developing tools and resources. Katherine has held various roles within the organisation, including Recruitment Officer and Recruitment Coordinator, managing end-to-end recruitment processes and overseeing HR functions. Previous experience includes positions at Melba’s Australia Pty Ltd as an Accounts & Administration Officer, Cornerstone College Mt Barker as a Lutheran School Officer, and a summer internship in Human Resources at Glencore Coal. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and a Bachelor of Psychological Science, as well as a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from Flinders University.
