Lisa Brown is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with a comprehensive background in nursing management and performance improvement. Currently serving as RN Manager at Community LIFE since January 2022, Lisa previously held the position of Nurse Manager at LIFE Pittsburgh, where responsibility included overseeing professional nursing assessments and care plans for participants. Additional experience includes roles as ADON at Guardian Elder Care, where risk management and infection control were key duties, and Risk Management positions at Belair Health and Rehabilitation Center. Earlier in the career, Lisa focused on performance improvement at Personal Touch Home Care and Omni Health Management, and demonstrated strong case management skills throughout various roles in home health services. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
