Hisham Leil is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in technology management and immigration law. As the Director of Technology at Community Legal Aid since July 2011, Hisham successfully transitioned the organization to remote operations during the COVID-19 pandemic and managed extensive technology infrastructure across multiple offices. Hisham also served as Managing Attorney and Technology Officer, overseeing a large team and handling various immigration cases, while contributing to professional development and grant procurement. Additional roles include serving as a pilot for Angel Flight East, consulting attorney for ASISTA Immigration Assistance, adjunct professor at Western New England University School of Law, and lead attorney for the Domestic Violence Immigrant Outreach Project. Hisham holds a Juris Doctor degree from the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Connecticut.
