Cynthia Sargent, PHM, has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as a Property Manager at Lennar since September 1973, where responsibilities include overseeing quality home repairs and responding to homeowner service calls. Cynthia also held the position of Property Manager at Community Investment Strategies, Inc. since January 2019, and previously served as a Senior Property Manager at Morristown Housing Authority from May 1997 to July 2018. Cynthia's career began with an educational foundation in Business Administration from County College of Morris.
