Phil Harper has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as IT Applications Manager and Agresso Payroll Project Manager at Community Integrated Care since February 2013. Harper's expertise includes overseeing significant projects such as upgrading Agresso and implementing payroll systems while also providing analysis, support, and Microsoft SQL Server development. Prior to this role, Harper was Head of IS at Fulcrum Connections, where responsibilities included driving IT performance improvement and supporting transformation agendas. Experience also includes an interim position as IT Business Manager at BP Gas & Power, focusing on IT budgeting and forecasting, and a long tenure as IT Manager at Co-operative Wholesale Society. Harper holds a BSc in Computer Science and Physics from Queen Mary College, University of London.
