Gavin Potter is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Community Housing Ltd since January 2024, Gavin previously held the position of General Manager at both Australian Affordable Housing Securities Ltd and Horizon Housing Realty from October 2019 to January 2024. Prior to that, Gavin was the Chief Financial Officer and Group Financial Controller at Horizon Housing from November 2013 to October 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Financial Manager at Duys Component Manufacturers and Audit Manager at PwC, where responsibilities included managing audit teams, client portfolios, financial reporting, and tax preparations. Gavin holds an Honours Bachelor of Accounting Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Africa.
