Robert C. Nutter, MS, PE, LEED Green Associate, is an experienced project manager currently at Community Housing Partners since June 2018. Previously, Nutter served as an Energy Consultant for Software Development at Whitney, Bradley & Brown from November 2016 to December 2020 and held the position of Project Leader for Tactical Power Integration at Expeditionary Energy & Sustainment Systems from July 1999 to September 2016, focusing on power solutions in remote environments. Nutter began career as a Project Engineer at the US Army Belvoir Research, Development and Engineering Center from July 1991 to July 1999, specializing in mechanical and electrical systems. Nutter holds a Master of Science in Environmental Policy & Management (Energy and Sustainability) and a Graduate Certificate in Energy and Sustainability from the University of Denver, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University.
