Colleen (Clark) Tanzer is a seasoned human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Community Housing Network since March 2021, Colleen focuses on developing affordable housing solutions for individuals facing mental health and substance abuse challenges. Prior experience includes leading HR initiatives as the Director of Human Resources at Homestead and Mt. Cuba Center, where Colleen fostered positive workplace environments and implemented comprehensive HR strategies. Early career experiences featured roles as an HR Generalist at Genesis Rehab Services and as a Payroll Manager & New Client Coordinator at Group Management Services, Inc. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications from Miami University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Franklin University.
