Andrea Aragon is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing and patient access roles. Currently serving as an Emergency Room Nurse at Community Hospital of Huntington Park since December 2022, Andrea provides patient bedside care, triages, and administers medications while educating patients on their conditions. Previously, at Community Regional Medical Centers from August 2016 to February 2023, Andrea worked as a Patient Access Representative, managing radiology and emergency room admissions and facilitating communication between providers and nursing staff. Earlier experience includes a role as a Sr. Pharmacy Technician at UnitedHealth Group from November 2012 to March 2016, where Andrea processed Medicare Part D appeals and collaborated with providers to obtain necessary medical codes. Education was completed at Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts, with attendance at Everest College-Ontario noted.
