Justin DeBolt serves as the Director of Community Partnerships and District Safety at Community High School District 155 since January 2022, leading initiatives to enhance community collaboration and ensure safety across five high schools. Previously, Justin held the position of Director of Career Experiences, focusing on providing students with real-world career opportunities and strengthening community partnerships. Prior experience includes roles as Coordinator of Career Training at McHenry County College and as a Police Officer & 911 Dispatcher for the City of McHenry Police Officers Association Inc. Additionally, Justin has worked as a Production Supervisor at CAMtek, Inc. and as a Territory Sales Manager at Ecolab. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Business Administration from the American College of Education, an Illinois Police Officer Certification from the College of DuPage, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Illinois State University.
