Larry Varn serves as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Community High School District 128 since July 2022, following a tenure as Principal at Rich Township High School District 227 from July 2018 to July 2022. Varn holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Administration and Supervision from Illinois State University, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature from Claflin University.
