Heather Mills currently serves as the Director of Cybersecurity Risk Management at Community Health Systems, a position held since February 2013. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing cyber risk management, information security project management, PCI DSS compliance, Sarbanes–Oxley audits, and vendor security risk assessments, among others. Heather has previously held managerial and lead roles in information security and compliance at the same organization. Prior experience includes supervisory positions at Windsor Health Plan, where responsibilities encompassed data analysis, compliance reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and an Associate of Science in Psychology from Columbia State Community College.
