Felicia Johnson is an experienced project manager and community relations expert with a strong background in health care and community networking. Currently serving as a Project Manager at the Community Health Center of Buffalo since January 2017, Felicia oversees the development and planning of initiatives aimed at building community relationships in economically distressed areas, emphasizing cultural sensitivity and inclusiveness. Prior to this role, Felicia spent over 14 years as a Marketing Supervisor at Fidelis Care NY, where responsibilities included mentoring a team of health benefit representatives and supervising outreach specialists across several counties, while promoting managed care products in compliance with government regulations. Felicia holds a Bachelor's degree and an Associate degree in Social Science and Business Management from the University of Buffalo.
