Yin-Yu Chen is an experienced data analytics professional currently serving as the Data Analytics Manager at Community Health Center Network since November 2016, where expertise includes statistical support for program design and evaluation, care gap identification, quality improvement, and staff mentorship. Previously, roles in data analysis encompassed the creation of a COVID-19 tracking dashboard and the development of actionable reports that significantly improved patient outcomes. Prior experience includes positions at the Texas Department of State Health Services, where responsibilities involved leading data analysis for behavioral health programs and legislative recommendations, as well as contributions to the Houston Department of Health and Human Services and the Taipei Mental Rehabilitation Association in public health and research capacities. Yin-Yu Chen holds a Master of Public Health from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from National Taiwan University.
