Cassie Jewell has a diverse work experience. Cassie began their career in 2018 as a Tech Advisor at Apple. In 2020, they joined Community Funded as a Technical Support Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing the Community Support Team and ensuring the team had the necessary resources to be successful. Cassie was also responsible for developing and maintaining resources for the internal and external knowledge base. Additionally, they were the Community Support Manager, where they supported clients needs and requests working in unison with the Success, Engineering, and Product teams. Cassie also assisted in onboarding new clients, creating organizations in the platform, and inviting initial team members.
