Patrick Senior

Technical Analyst - Security & Compliance at The National Lottery Community Fund

Patrick Senior started their work experience as a Field Support Engineer at Bull Information Systems in 1999, where they repaired customer servers and workstations, troubleshooted network problems, and traveled to different regions to resolve issues. From 2002 to 2006, they worked as a Senior Network Analyst at Steria, where they managed break and fix support for the OMNI LAN/WAN infrastructure and ensured SLAs were met. Patrick then became a Technical Team Leader at Steria, where they led a team of 8 and managed day-to-day operations while also being the subject matter expert. In 2011, Patrick worked as a Team Leader at Computacenter, where they managed the first line helpdesk support and ensured SLAs were met. Finally, they joined The National Lottery Community Fund in 2013 as a Technical Analyst, where they focused on security and compliance.
