Monique Sims, MBA, bCRE-PRO, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Information and Databases at the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan since April 2017. With extensive experience in nonprofit management, Monique founded Sims Consultancy LLC in July 2013, specializing in enhancing fundraising and development operations for nonprofit organizations. Monique has held significant roles across various organizations, including Assistant Director of Database and Donor Services at the College for Creative Studies and Coordinator of Grants and Data Management at Glenwood, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Marygrove College.
