Frank Fernandez

Frank Fernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Frank is currently the President and CEO of the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta, where they lead the foundation in pursuing equity and shared prosperity for the Atlanta region. Prior to this, Frank held the position of Senior Vice President at The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, where they led various initiatives including community development, social justice, and global giving. Frank also served as the Executive Director of Green Doors, an organization that provides affordable housing and supportive services to lower income communities. Before that, Frank was the Deputy Director at PeopleFund, a community development organization, where they managed staff and programs and advocated for housing affordability and community economic development. Their career began as a Financial Analyst at Salomon Smith Barney, where they developed financial models and executed bond financings.

Frank Fernandez pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy at Harvard University from 1992 to 1996. Frank then enrolled at The LBJ School of Public Affairs, where they obtained a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree with a specialization in Economic Development between 1999 and 2001.
