Heather W. Kessler has extensive work experience in marketing and communications. Heather W. is currently the Director of Marketing at Community First Solutions, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, from November 2009 to October 2020, they served as the Director of Marketing & Communications at Cincinnati USA Regional Tourism Network. Heather also has experience as the Director of Marketing at Northern Cincinnati Convention & Visitors Bureau from October 2007 to November 2009. Before transitioning into marketing, they worked as an Information Technology Analyst at Amstan Logistics from April 2006 to September 2007. Heather started their career as an Event Specialist at Alleen Company from May 2005 to April 2006 and as a Marketing Event Coordinator at Oxford Visitors & Convention Bureau from January 2004 to May 2005.

Heather W. Kessler obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, with a focus on Public Relations, from Miami University between the years 2001 and 2005. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Tourism Ambassador from the Certified Tourism Ambassadorā„¢ (CTA) Program in May 2015.
