Buzz "Michael" Graeser is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and information technology management. Currently serving as a Senior IT System Engineer at Community Eye Care since October 2014, Michael is responsible for building, maintaining, and troubleshooting infrastructure to ensure mission-critical operations with a focus on availability, performance, and security. Previously, as Information Systems Manager at Burke Communications, Michael oversaw various systems including Active Directory and VOIP, and implemented a new fiber connection. Michael started their career as a System Administrator at E-dreamz, managing a range of server systems and developing the IT Disaster Recovery Plan. A foundational role as a Network Administrator at National Diabetic Pharmacy involved setting up VLANs and managing server backups. Education includes two AAS degrees in Information Technology and Networking from ECPI Technical College.
