Tya Winn is an experienced professional in the fields of architecture, urban design, and community development, currently serving as the Executive Director at Community Design Collaborative since October 2020. Tya holds multiple leadership roles, including Co Chair of the Housing Committee for West Philadelphia Promise Zone, focusing on affordable housing initiatives. Previously, Tya worked as the Director of Project Planning & Design at Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia and as Program Manager at both the Philadelphia Housing Authority and Logan CDC. Tya's educational background includes a Master of Architecture and Urban Design from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University. Throughout the career, Tya has demonstrated a commitment to affordable housing, community outreach, and project management across various organizations.
