Jaime McHugh is a Family Support Specialist at Community Crossroads since May 2022, providing essential resources to families of individuals with disabilities. In addition to this role, Jaime has been a Volunteer with the American Red Cross since January 2022 and has served as a Counselor at Holy Family Hospital since July 2020. Previously, Jaime held positions including Director of Residential Services at Kimi Nichols Center, Inc. (June 2019 - July 2020), Program Director at The Psychological Center, Inc. (February 2019 - June 2019), and Director at EMMAUS, INC. (August 2016 - February 2019). Jaime's extensive experience also includes serving as Senior Program Director at Fidelity House Human Services from January 1995 to August 2016. Jaime holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Human Service from New England College (2018 - 2020) and an Associate's degree in Human Services from Northern Essex Community College.
