Olesia Carter possesses extensive experience in community support and hairstyling. Currently serving as a 2-1-1 Information and Referrals Specialist at the Community Council of Greater Dallas since September 2012, Olesia interviews clients and provides public benefits counseling and referrals to appropriate agencies. Additionally, Olesia has worked as a hairstylist at Hair Games since May 1992, specializing in healthy hair, particularly short cuts and soft wraps. Educational background includes training at LeHair Beauty School and North Natchez.
