Doris Soler has over 15 years of progressive experience in program management and human resources. Currently serving as Program Director at the Community Council of Greater Dallas since September 2015, Doris directs and supervises Access and Assistance Services and Benefit Counseling Programs. Previously, Doris held multiple roles at Universal Technology of P.R. from March 1999 to April 2010, including Director of Human Resources, overseeing more than 350 employees, and Director of Placement Services, managing the placement department. Doris holds two Master's Degrees in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of Puerto Rico-Metropolitan Campus and Metropolitan University of Puerto Rico, both obtained between 2008 and 2010.
