Dr. Ketwana D. Schoos currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at the Community College of Allegheny County, overseeing initiatives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and civil rights compliance. With a substantial background in higher education, Schoos has held various roles, including Civil Rights Compliance Officer and Title IX & ADA/504 Coordinator, where responsibilities included updating institutional policies and serving as a liaison with compliance agencies. Previous positions include Assistant Dean of Student Life for Inclusive Campus Engagement at Washington & Jefferson College, Interim Director of the Multicultural Success Center at IUPUI, and Coordinator of Multicultural Affairs at The Ohio State University. Dr. Schoos holds an Ed.D. in Higher Education Management from the University of Pittsburgh and multiple degrees from Indiana University Bloomington and Central Michigan University, emphasizing the commitment to diversity and student success throughout a diverse academic career.
