Katie Spears Warner serves as the Sr. Project Manager of Partner Engagement at Community Catalyst since July 2023 and is also the President of KSW Collective, LLC, a role held since April 2022. With extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and youth empowerment, Katie co-founded and directed Youth Empowered Solutions (YES!) from 2008 to 2019, establishing impactful frameworks for systemic change. Previous positions include Director of YES! for Equity at the Partnership for Southern Equity, Training Consultant at CADCA, and various roles aimed at youth empowerment, policy advocacy, and strategic support for organizations such as NC Child and STEP. Katie holds a Master's degree in Health Education and Promotion from East Carolina University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
