Crystal Brand MBA, PHR has extensive experience in benefits management and human resources, currently serving as the Benefits Manager at Community Care Partners since January 2025. Prior to this role, Crystal worked as a Benefits Specialist at WCG, where responsibilities included administering health and retirement plans while providing expertise to employees and HR colleagues. Additional experience includes positions at Extreme Networks, WIRB-Copernicus Group, and Fleet Feet, which encompassed recruiting coordination, onboarding logistics, and administrative support functions. Crystal holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Northcentral University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
