Heather Nelson is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in project management and real estate. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Community Care of West Virginia since April 2023, Heather also holds a position as a Realtor at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Central, where responsibilities include managing real estate transactions and supporting clients throughout the buying and selling process. Previously, Heather held several roles at the West Virginia State Medical Association, including Director of Membership & Marketing, and managed the West Virginia Chapter of the American College of Cardiology. With extensive experience in marketing, social media management, and event planning across multiple organizations, Heather possesses a strong foundation in marketing, having earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from West Virginia University.
