Rahul Jaoriya is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over a decade, currently serving as Manager of Information Technology at Community Brands since October 2012. Previous roles at Community Brands include Associate IT Manager, IT Operations Lead for Asia, Technical Lead in IT, Senior Product Engineer, and Product Engineer. Prior to this, Rahul held the position of Technical Lead in Service Operations at IBM from September 2008 to September 2012, focusing on application administration and delivering intelligent information for decision-making in the Contact Center organization. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Amravati University, along with secondary and higher secondary education from the Maharashtra State Board Of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education.
