Robert Reaves has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, with their most recent position being Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at Community Bank & Trust since 2014. Before that, they served as Executive Vice President at Hometown Bank, N.A. from 2007 to 2014. Prior to that, they were the Chief Commercial and Retail Lending Officer at Horizon Bank from 2000 to 2007, where they managed the commercial and retail lending functions and had loan approval authority of $1 million.

Robert Reaves has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General from Southern Arkansas University, which they obtained from 1979 to 1983. Additionally, they pursued a Graduate Degree in Banking and Financial Support Services at the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking from 1988 to 1990.
