Tracie Tucci, CPC, CTS is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Senior HR Manager - Talent Acquisition at Community Bank System, Inc. since July 2020, focusing on defining talent needs and supporting diversity objectives. With extensive experience in recruitment through various roles at CPS Recruitment, Inc. from 2006 to 2020, Tracie specialized in staffing for positions across diverse fields including Human Resources, IT, and Manufacturing. Additionally, Tracie has a passion for fishing, working as First Mate at TI Fishing Charters since 2009, assisting clients in catching various fish species in the Thousand Islands. Earlier experience includes managing operations at UPS from 2001 to 2006.
