Christopher Giammichele is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in commercial lending and management roles. Currently serving as the Commercial Banking Team Leader at Community Bank System, Inc. since May 2022, Christopher has played a key role in the organization's recent merger. Prior to this, Christopher held various senior leadership positions at Elmira Savings Bank, including Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing commercial lending and assisting business clients. Previous positions at M&T Bank and Chemung Canal Trust Company involved managing small business and agribusiness lending, along with portfolio maintenance. Christopher's educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration from Norwich University and a Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York Cortland.
