David Owen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as President of Lark Hemp since January 2021, David Owen is also a Co-Founder and President of Ouachita Farms. In addition, David Owen co-founded LockerBlox in September 2018 and Community Auctions in September 2016. David Owen's educational background includes studies at the University of Arkansas from 2004 to 2006 and at Harding University from 2003 to 2004.
