Erin Strand serves as an Independent Service Coordinator at Community Alternatives Unlimited since December 2022. Previously, Erin held the position of Coordinator of Day Services at Clearbrook from November 2012 to October 2022, where responsibilities included opening a new day program, overseeing staff training and compliance with regulations, and engaging with families regarding client needs. Erin also has experience as a QIDP in residential settings and as a Direct Support Professional, focusing on client programming and daily living support. Prior work experience includes managerial roles at Lane Bryant and positions in research assistance and customer service in various establishments. Erin holds a BA in Liberal Arts & Sciences with a concentration in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
