Jane Richter Swartz currently serves as the Resource Liaison Coordinator at the Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County since February 2023. Previously, Jane worked as a Project Coordinator at Strato400 from June 2015 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing communication between office preparations and client deliverables while conducting UAV missions. Prior experience also includes serving as Volunteer Coordinator at Excentia, PA, from October 2011 to June 2015, supporting adults with disabilities through volunteer initiatives in Lancaster County, and as Volunteer Coordinator for the American Red Cross from September 2010 to September 2011, assisting with volunteer recruitment and training. Jane holds a Master's degree in Leadership Science with a focus on Community Leadership from Duquesne University (2011-2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts with a dual focus in Communication and Health Sciences from West Chester University of Pennsylvania (2003-2007).
