Cenita Myers Richardson, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in the human resources field. Cenita began their career at Horizon House, Inc. as a Client Financial Advisor from 1998 to 2001. Cenita then worked as an Administrative Associate at Caring People Alliance from 2004 to 2007, followed by a role as Operations Coordinator at Caring People Alliance/Southeast Regional Key from 2007 to 2010. From 2011 to 2011, Cenita served as a Human Resources Consultant at Sodexo @ Drexel Dining Services. Cenita then worked as an HR Generalist/Manager Administrative Services at Intercultural Family Services, Inc from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, they held the position of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting at Connect America and later as a Human Resources Generalist at Tabor Children's Services from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are employed at Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County as the Chief Personnel Officer, a role they have held since 2019.
Cenita Myers Richardson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Eastern University. Cenita later pursued higher education and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Organizational Leadership from the same institution.
