Bill Bailor currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Community Action Partnership of Orange County since April 2020. Previously, Bill held the position of Executive Director at Muzeo Museum and Cultural Center, overseeing operations and community engagement in Anaheim from February 2019 to April 2020. Bill spent over a decade at The Tech Museum of Innovation, initially as Director of Human Resources, then as Senior Director of Operations and Human Resources, and ultimately as Vice President of Operations. In these roles, Bill managed a wide array of departments and multi-million dollar budgets. Earlier career experience includes serving as Human Resources Operations Manager at Paramount Parks, a division of VIACOM. Bill holds a degree from San Jose State University.
