Javier Diaz is currently a Programs Coordinator at Community Action Board of Santa Cruz County, overseeing adult and youth employment, mentorship, and leadership development services. Prior to this role, Javier served as a Youth Services Coordinator and Case Manager/Program Coordinator, specializing in programs for at-risk youth and those involved in the juvenile justice system. Javier also previously worked as an Outreach Coordinator at Santa Cruz Barrios Unidos. Javier holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from San Jose State University.
