James Ingram is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, community outreach, and employment services. Currently serving as an Employment/Placement Coordinator and Prisoner Reentry/Employment Specialist at The Community Action Agency of St. Louis County since 2009, Ingram facilitates bi-weekly employment readiness classes and provides job placement for unemployed clients.
