Morgan Vail has extensive experience in research and evaluation, currently serving as a Senior Specialist at Communities In Schools National Office since May 2018. In this role, Morgan focuses on evaluating student outcomes and the impacts of the Integrated Student Supports model by collaborating with local affiliates and school districts. Previously, Morgan held various research and data positions at Communities In Schools of North Carolina, offering data assistance and conducting research studies while ensuring uniform implementation of the CIS model across the state. Additional experience includes serving as a Clinical Intern at the Assessment, Support, & Counseling Center, providing psychotherapy services to adolescents, and working as a Research Assistant at Appalachian State University. Morgan holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Campbell University.
