Fredrick Bailey currently serves as Team Lead for Training and Senior Associate for Organizational Health at Communities In Schools National Office, where responsibilities include overseeing network utilization, creating organizational health assessments, and curating resources for affiliates. Additionally, Fredrick operates a photography business and previously held the position of Director of Community Engagement & Operations at Communities In Schools of Georgia, managing day-to-day operations and fostering partnerships. Earlier roles include Bill and Jean Alumni Fellow at Communities In Schools National Office and Education Program Specialist at Georgia State University. Fredrick holds a Master's Degree in Adult Education & Training from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of West Georgia.
