Lorayah Lenore, M.Ed., is an experienced educational professional currently serving as a Site Coordinator for Communities In Schools of Richmond since August 2021 and co-founding Lenore Coaching LLC in December 2019, which aids individuals in navigating their career search processes. Previously, Lorayah held various roles at Virginia Commonwealth University, including Assistant Director for Programming and Partnerships and Academic Advisor, where responsibilities encompassed student advising, curriculum development, and program oversight. Additional experience includes academic advising and instruction at James Madison University, as well as counseling positions aimed at supporting youth in educational settings. Lorayah holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from James Madison University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the same institution.
