Spencer Pennybacker possesses extensive experience in event management and support services, currently holding roles at the Communities Foundation of Texas since February 2022, where responsibilities include planning and executing a variety of significant events aimed at enhancing community engagement and donor relations. Prior experience includes serving as a Writing Center Tutor and Civic Engagement Initiative Student Coordinator at Union College, where initiatives focused on increasing civic participation and student academic support. Spencer also founded a Planned Parenthood Generation Action chapter, significantly growing participation and hosting impactful events. Additional roles as a research intern and campaign intern highlight strong research and organizational skills, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Union College.
