Melissa Roberts is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer service and dispute resolution. Currently serving as a Dispute Resolution Executive at the Communications Ombudsman since January 2023, Melissa previously held the position of PPI Team Leader at Lloyds Banking Group, a role pursued for several years beginning in December 2012.
