DING Li is an accomplished author and academic with extensive experience in children's literature and digital media. Currently serving as an author at Armour Publishing since March 2016, DING has created two series of children's books: “Happy festivals with Elena” and “Cultural Adventurers.” As an Assistant Professor at the Communication University of China since July 2003, DING conducts research on Digital Media Art, Film in Education, and Traditional Culture in the Convergence Media Era, while teaching courses in Film Editing and TV & Film Production. DING is also a co-founder and director of FREL (FuntoRead, EasytoLearn), a volunteer organization aimed at promoting Chinese literacy among children. Additionally, DING is registered as an instructor with the Ministry of Education in Singapore and has held various roles in the film and media industry, including director, editor, and creative director. DING holds a PhD in Film Art & Technology from the Communication University of China and has been a visiting scholar at Filmuniversität Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF and Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
