Craig Murray is a seasoned talent strategist with extensive experience in the recruitment and coaching sectors. Currently serving as Lead Talent Strategist at DIGGER since August 2022, Craig focuses on agile talent solutions addressing the global talent shortage. Additionally, Craig has been a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Communicate Recruitment since November 2021, while also working as an Identity Coach at Be-U from July 2020. Previous roles include Recruitment Consultant at Cassel&Co, Founder and Managing Director of Rockstar Recruitment Pty (Ltd), Business Development Manager at Tymes Consulting, and Marketing Manager at Allied Mobile Communication. Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Marketing from Damelin, completed in 2005.
