Afroze Qasim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HRIS and human resources technology. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of HRIS at CommuniCare Health Services, Afroze has previously held leadership roles such as Director of HR Technology & Systems Administration and Global HRIS Project Manager at Swissport. Additionally, Afroze has worked as a System Administrator for Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition and as an HR/IT Consultant at the Inter American Development Bank. Early career experience includes a position as a Graduate Assistant and System Administrator at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Afroze holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Osmania University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
