David Sébille is an experienced professional in the field of information technology and project management. Currently serving as Chef de projet informatique at Département du Nord since January 2024, David holds a long-standing position as Community Manager and Chef de projet web at Communauté d'agglomération du Boulonnais since 2012, where David has contributed to the creation of ancillary websites.
