Adrien Hilpert is an experienced content and community manager currently serving at Communauté d'agglomération de Cergy Pontoise since October 2019. Prior to this role, Adrien worked as a JRI and photographer for Département du Val d'Oise from May 2012 to October 2019. Adrien's career began at VOtv, where responsibilities included serving as Secretary General of the Editorial Team and working as a Journalist Reporter d'Images between January 2008 and April 2012. Adrien holds a Master's degree in Journalism from Institut Supérieur de Formation au Journalisme (2005-2007) and a Bachelor's degree in History from Université Paris 13 (2001-2005).
