Lynne McKay currently serves as a Service Delivery Manager at Commsworld, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving continual service improvement for the company's largest customers, while also promoting STEM careers among young people in North Lanarkshire Council. Prior experience includes a tenure as Service Relationship Manager at Virgin Media O2, overseeing a substantial portfolio of high-value clients in the Criminal Justice sector and safeguarding approximately £9M in revenue. Additional roles at Virgin Media included Business Sales Support Administrator and Cost Control Coordinator, along with an early career as a Primary Teacher for North Lanarkshire Council. Lynne holds a PGDE in Primary Education from the University of Strathclyde and a BA in Business and Information Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.
